Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
To return an item, please contact us by email at hello@aurapadel.co, providing your order number, the items concerned, and the reason for the return. Returned products must be new, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. After our customer service validates your request, we will provide you with return instructions. In the case of a refund, €4 will be deducted from the refunded amount. A return label will then be sent to you; simply print it and attach it to your parcel before shipping. After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be processed via the payment method used for the original order.
Exchanges are only possible for the same product (or similar color) in a different size and/or color, subject to stock availability. No exchanges can be made for a different model or product. Items that are part of a bundle, as well as products on sale or promotion, are not exchangeable or returnable. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be new, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. For orders delivered in France, size or color exchanges are offered free of charge, according to the procedure indicated by our customer service. Once the exchange request is validated and the returned item is checked, the replacement product will be shipped to the original delivery address, using the original shipping method. A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you.
For orders shipped outside France, exchanges are not offered at this time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your package. This link is also accessible at any time from your customer account, in the "My Orders" section. If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or log in to your account. If you still can't find the tracking information or if your order status hasn't changed for more than 48 hours, please contact our customer service at hello@aurapadel.co . We will then carry out the necessary checks with the carrier to provide you with a solution as quickly as possible.
We currently deliver to France and several other European countries. In France, delivery is free for orders over €100. For orders delivered to other European countries, delivery is free for orders over €130. Below these amounts, delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs, including standard delivery, delivery to a collection point or home, as well as an express delivery option. Exact delivery times and prices are shown when you confirm your order.
